Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Partner to provide comprehensive business support to our remote teams. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and supporting project timelines. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while being an integral part of our dynamic Concentrix team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will directly impact our operational efficiency and support our commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced administrative support to senior management and various departments, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (as needed, though rare for WFH roles).
  • Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, presentations, and reports with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring all documentation is easily accessible and compliant with company policies.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, including drafting correspondence, managing emails, and screening calls.
  • Coordinate and support virtual team meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and other administrative tasks to support business operations.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to administrative processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and articulate demeanor.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to task management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience working in a large, fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Previous experience supporting multiple executives or teams simultaneously.
