Job Description
Join Royal Mail as a Parcel Processing Worker on our night shifts in Guildford. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that millions of parcels are sorted, processed, and dispatched efficiently every night. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort and process incoming and outgoing parcels and mail items.
- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring items are handled safely and securely.
- Operate mail processing machinery and equipment as required, following training.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets.
- Identify and report any damaged or misrouted items promptly.
- Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, and pushing heavy items.
