Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Watch and critically evaluate movies, TV shows, and other video content for various quality attributes.
- Identify and document technical issues such as audio/video sync problems, encoding artifacts, subtitle errors, and formatting inconsistencies.
- Assess creative elements, including narrative flow, pacing, acting performances, and overall viewer engagement.
- Provide clear, concise, and objective feedback using established guidelines and tools.
- Collaborate with a team of raters to maintain consistent quality standards across all content.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new quality standards, tools, and content types.
- Meet daily and weekly quotas for content review while maintaining high accuracy.
- Report findings accurately and efficiently into our proprietary content management systems.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for movies, TV shows, and digital media.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot subtle errors.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with various streaming platforms and video playback technologies.
- Basic understanding of film production or post-production processes.
- Experience with data entry or content moderation (even in volunteer capacities).
- Ability to understand and follow complex guidelines and instructions.
- A demonstrated interest in different genres and international content.
