Job Description
Join our dynamic team at a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned fulfillment center in Plano, Texas. We are looking for dedicated and efficient individuals to help us process, package, and ship customer orders. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unpack shipments, verifying contents against packing slips.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Pick orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Pack and label items for delivery, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Operate scanners and follow directions to ensure proper inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and interpret instructions.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and data entry.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment.
- Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers).
- High school diploma or GED.
