Job Description
Are you meticulous, reliable, and looking for a flexible way to earn income? Ipsos is seeking dedicated Secret Shopping Agents in Wichita and surrounding areas. This is a highly flexible, contract-based opportunity where you pick assignments that fit your schedule. As a Secret Shopping Agent, you will visit various businesses (retail stores, restaurants, service providers, etc.) as a regular customer to evaluate specific aspects of their service, product quality, and environment. Your observations are crucial in helping our clients improve their customer experience and business operations. While actual assignments are performed on-site at various locations, the administrative tasks, scheduling, and reporting are handled remotely, providing you with ultimate flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept and complete secret shopping assignments within specified timeframes.
- Visit assigned locations incognito, acting as a typical customer.
- Evaluate specific criteria such as customer service, product availability, cleanliness, staff knowledge, and adherence to company standards.
- Carefully observe and accurately record details of your experience without revealing your identity.
- Complete detailed online reports immediately after each shop, providing objective and factual feedback.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each assignment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments and client information.
Required Skills

- Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
