Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Organize and maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient stockroom.
- Assist in moving products from the stockroom to the sales floor, ensuring items are readily available for guests.
- Accurately tag and label merchandise according to store guidelines and promotional requirements.
- Support inventory counts and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize product freshness.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and leaders to achieve daily and weekly store goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to merchandise handling, safety, and guest service.
Required Skills
- Must be 16 years of age or older at the time of employment.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 40 lbs regularly, and occasionally heavier with assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage stock efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual, demonstrating a strong commitment to attendance and scheduled shifts.
- Basic communication skills to interact with team members and understand instructions.

- Previous experience in a volunteer role or school project requiring organization or teamwork.
