Job Description
Are you a people-person with a passion for sales and a desire to work from the comfort of your own home? Telus is seeking a motivated Work From Home Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will exclusively handle warm leads – customers who have already expressed interest in Telus products and services. Your primary goal will be to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales, all while providing an exceptional customer experience. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a leading Canadian company from anywhere in Chilliwack, British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from warm leads regarding Telus products and services (e.g., internet, TV, mobility, smart home solutions).
- Actively listen to customer needs and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services.
- Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with Telus product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service, especially in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
