Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled and professional P-Endorsement Chauffeurs to join our elite team in Boulder, CO. This crucial role involves safely and comfortably transporting passengers using our luxury fleet, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. As a Skilled Passenger Safety Chauffeur, you will be responsible for ensuring a premier travel experience, prioritizing the safety and comfort of all clients while maintaining punctuality and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate company luxury vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Prioritize passenger safety at all times, including defensive driving techniques and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage, offering amenities, and ensuring a pleasant journey.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and strict confidentiality regarding client information.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness.
- Manage routes and schedules efficiently, utilizing GPS and local knowledge to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Accurately complete trip sheets, expense reports, and other required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding schedule changes, delays, or incidents.
Required Skills
- Valid P-endorsement on driver's license (or equivalent commercial passenger endorsement)
- Clean driving record for the past 5 years (no at-fault accidents, major violations)
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience (chauffeur, taxi, bus, or similar)
- Excellent knowledge of Boulder and surrounding Colorado areas
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to operate luxury vehicles with precision and care
- Punctual, reliable, and highly organized
- Discretion and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a chauffeur for a luxury transportation service or private clients
- Defensive driving certification
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to speak multiple languages
- Familiarity with in-car technology and navigation systems
