Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Walmart locations within New Port Richey, FL, as a regular customer.
- Evaluate specific aspects of the store experience, including customer service interactions, store appearance, product stocking, and checkout efficiency.
- Complete detailed and objective reports online following each visit, capturing observations and experiences.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all assigned shopping missions and observations.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each specific shopping assignment.
- Provide constructive feedback that helps improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Reliable access to a smartphone or computer for reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- No prior experience as a secret shopper is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment (not mandatory).
- Familiarity with the Walmart shopping experience.
