Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-focused Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team in San Jose. In this role, you will support senior account managers and work directly with clients to ensure their satisfaction, deepen relationships, and identify opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Account Managers in managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client inquiries, resolving issues and escalating as necessary.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
  • Identify and explore potential new service opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, marketing) to deliver seamless service and solutions to clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations, both virtually and in-person, to review progress and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems.
  • Participate in contract renewals and negotiations alongside senior team members.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in account management, customer service, sales, or a client-facing role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Understanding of the Customer Experience (CX) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation trends and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Project management experience.
