Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Music School Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of Sweetwater Academy of Music & Technology. This leadership role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our school, supporting both our dedicated faculty and passionate student body. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive leader with a deep appreciation for music education and a proven track record in operational management. This role includes a performance bonus structure tied to school growth and efficiency metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operational activities, including student registration, scheduling, and facility management.
  • Manage administrative staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer service.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and student experience.
  • Coordinate faculty schedules, class assignments, and resource allocation.
  • Manage the school's budget, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Handle student and parent inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to support enrollment initiatives.
  • Supervise maintenance of musical instruments, equipment, and classroom technology.
  • Prepare operational reports for senior management, detailing performance metrics and recommendations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational or administrative leadership role, preferably within an educational or arts organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
