Job Description
Are you a high school student looking for a way to earn extra cash during the holiday season? Amazon in Aurora, Colorado is hiring energetic and reliable Seasonal Packers to help us fulfill customer orders. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable work experience, develop new skills, and contribute to making holiday wishes come true. No prior experience is required – we provide all the training you need!
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to quality standards and timelines.
- Utilize handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment safely and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Prepare items for delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment.
