Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible way to earn extra income on your own schedule? Ipsos Mystery Shopping is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Casual Mystery Shoppers in Scottsdale, AZ and surrounding areas. This is a contract position with no minimum hours required – you decide when and how much you work. You’ll visit various businesses as a regular customer, evaluate their service, products, and environment, and provide valuable feedback that helps companies enhance their customer experience. This role is perfect for those seeking supplemental income, retirees, students, or anyone who enjoys flexible work and paying attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to various businesses (retail stores, restaurants, service centers, etc.) as a regular customer.
- Observe and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience, including staff friendliness, product knowledge, store cleanliness, and service efficiency.
- Follow detailed scenario instructions for each shop, ensuring all required elements are covered.
- Complete and submit online reports accurately and promptly after each shop, detailing your observations and experiences.
- Maintain complete objectivity and discretion during all assignments.
- Adhere to all guidelines and ethical standards set by Ipsos Mystery Shopping.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise report writing.
- Reliability and ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic computer proficiency and internet access for report submission.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and objectivity.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
