Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Online Wellness Coordinator to join our virtual support team. This 100% remote role involves providing essential guidance, resources, and encouragement to members embarking on their wellness journeys. You will be a crucial point of contact, helping members navigate our programs, understand their benefits, and stay engaged with their health goals through virtual channels. This is a flexible position designed to integrate seamlessly with your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for members seeking wellness support and information.
- Provide empathetic and personalized guidance on Vitality's wellness programs, tools, and benefits.
- Respond to member inquiries via email, chat, and video calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist members in setting realistic health goals and tracking their progress.
- Educate members on the features and benefits of our digital wellness platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and progress.
- Contribute to the development of new wellness resources and support materials.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
