Job Description

Join the Netflix team as a Support Specialist and be the friendly voice connecting our members to the entertainment they love. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless streaming experience for our global subscriber base. This is a full-time position with consistent Monday-Friday, day shifts, offering a stable and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing member inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to streaming quality, device compatibility, account access, and billing.
  • Educate members on Netflix features, services, and subscription options.
  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Netflix product updates, policy changes, and service enhancements.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to team performance goals.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday during standard day shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with streaming services or entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems, browsers, and mobile devices.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
