Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Warehouse Inventory Pro to join our dynamic team in Greeley, CO. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring smooth operations within our fulfillment center, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our supply chain. This is an on-site position where your hands-on contribution will make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using Amazon's proprietary systems.
- Perform regular cycle counts and conduct physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stock-outs or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with other warehouse departments to optimize storage and material flow.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying counts and inspecting for damage.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided if needed).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in training new team members on inventory procedures and best practices.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements for inventory management efficiency.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse or inventory control role.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Amazon's inventory systems (e.g., FBA, WMS).
- Certification to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
- Experience in data analysis or reporting related to inventory.
- Associate's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
