Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote IT Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, focusing on supporting our IT recruitment division. You will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate online interviews, manage scheduling, and facilitate communication, playing a critical role in attracting top IT talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule online interviews for IT candidates with hiring managers across various time zones.
- Manage all candidate communications, including interview confirmations, reminders, and post-interview feedback requests.
- Maintain and update candidate records and interview statuses accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate closely with IT recruiters and hiring managers to understand their specific scheduling needs and priorities.
- Prepare and distribute interview schedules and relevant materials to all participants in a timely manner.
- Provide technical assistance to candidates and interviewers for online meeting platforms when necessary.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks related to the recruitment process as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online scheduling tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Familiarity with common IT roles and basic industry terminology.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to potential scheduling conflicts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment coordinator, HR assistant, or administrative role.
- Prior experience with specific ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Taleo.
- Experience with various video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
