Job Description

As a Google Administrative Partner – Business Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business support functions, all from the comfort of your home. This 100% remote position requires an exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities and provide high-level administrative assistance to various teams and executives within Google. You will be instrumental in facilitating communication, managing complex schedules, preparing presentations, and streamlining workflows to support our fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple teams and/or executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Organize and schedule complex meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents using Google Workspace applications.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, conducting research and compiling data as needed.
  • Maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across various departments and time zones.
  • Onboard new team members and assist with remote team integration activities.
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to administrative processes and tools.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an acute attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and take ownership of projects.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or business support role within a fast-paced corporate environment, preferably in technology.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience supporting senior-level executives.
