Job Description

This is an incredible opportunity for those with little to no prior experience to gain valuable skills and grow within a global leader. As a Rig Hand, you will be an integral part of our drilling operations, working alongside experienced professionals to ensure safe and efficient processes. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the driller and other crew members in all phases of drilling operations.
- Operate and maintain a variety of drilling equipment under supervision.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and procedures on the rig site.
- Perform general manual labor, including handling, moving, and securing pipe and tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the rig.
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safety-first culture.
- Complete all required training and certifications for the role.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the rig site.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or other manual labor roles.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or understanding of machinery.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
