Job Description

As a Rig Hand, you will be an integral part of our drilling operations, working alongside experienced professionals to ensure safe and efficient processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the driller and other crew members in all phases of drilling operations.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of drilling equipment under supervision.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and procedures on the rig site.
  • Perform general manual labor, including handling, moving, and securing pipe and tools.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the rig.
  • Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safety-first culture.
  • Complete all required training and certifications for the role.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the rig site.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or other manual labor roles.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or understanding of machinery.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
