Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our Teleperformance Night Shift team, working 100% remotely from the comfort of your home. This role offers an attractive high night differential pay, recognizing your commitment to serving our customers during overnight hours. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive brand experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors in a virtual environment.

Required Skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation and data entry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
