Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Boutique Limo Driver to join our specialized small fleet team in Henderson, Nevada. This role is perfect for a highly professional individual who excels at providing personalized, discreet, and impeccable service to a discerning clientele. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, comfortable, and timely transportation, maintaining our luxury vehicles to the highest standards, and consistently exceeding client expectations with your attention to detail and proactive approach. This isn’t just about driving; it’s about crafting an unforgettable experience for each passenger.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport clients to their destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and presentation of assigned luxury vehicles, inside and out.
- Provide personalized, attentive, and discreet customer service, anticipating client needs where appropriate.
- Plan efficient routes and navigate effectively using GPS and local knowledge to avoid delays.
- Manage client luggage and personal items with care and assistance.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the company with distinction.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhere strictly to schedules and communicate any potential delays to dispatch and clients as needed.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license (Class C or equivalent with passenger endorsement, if required by Nevada law)
- Impeccable driving record with no major violations for the past 5 years
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in luxury transportation or hospitality
- Exceptional navigation skills and familiarity with the Henderson/Las Vegas metropolitan area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, polished, and discreet demeanor
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury sedans, SUVs, and limousines
- Defensive driving certification
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish
- Familiarity with concierge-level service protocols
