Job Description

We are seeking motivated and physically capable Solar Panel Installation Labourers to join our rapidly expanding team in Seville. This role is crucial for the successful deployment of solar energy projects across various sites, requiring regular travel within the region and potentially further afield. You will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced solar installers with the assembly and installation of solar panels, racking systems, and other components on rooftops or ground-mounted arrays.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites, ensuring safe handling and storage.
  • Prepare work sites by setting up safety equipment, scaffolding, and staging areas.
  • Perform general labour duties, including trenching, digging, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
  • Support electrical wiring and connection of solar panels under direct supervision.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
  • Travel to various project locations as required, often for extended periods.
  • Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks on existing solar installations.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and perform strenuous physical tasks.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction, roofing, or general labour.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical principles.
  • Safety certifications (e.g., Working at Heights, First Aid).
