Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Operations Aide to join our team in Port Richey, Florida. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals looking to start their career in a professional office environment. As an Office Operations Aide, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth daily functioning of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute directly to our team’s efficiency and client service excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure all departments are adequately stocked.

  • Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
