Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable AC Filter Cleaning Assistant to join our seasonal maintenance team in Falmouth, Cornwall. This temporary role is crucial for ensuring optimal air quality and system efficiency across various client sites during peak operational periods. You will be responsible for the routine cleaning and replacement of AC filters, working independently and as part of a small team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for seasonal work, offering practical experience and a chance to contribute to essential building maintenance. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection and cleaning of AC filters according to established schedules and procedures.
- Safely remove and replace dirty air filters with new ones.
- Maintain accurate records of all cleaning and replacement activities.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Report any unusual findings or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are kept clean and in good working order.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.
