Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Music Wellness Coordinator with a strong corporate wellness focus to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing music-based wellness programs for our corporate clients and their employees. This is a unique opportunity to leverage the power of music to enhance mental health, reduce stress, and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of music’s therapeutic applications and a proven track record in corporate program development and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and curate a diverse range of music wellness programs tailored to corporate client needs, focusing on stress reduction, focus enhancement, and emotional well-being.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of music wellness initiatives, including scheduling, resource allocation, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., HR, client success, marketing) to integrate music wellness into broader corporate wellness strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to corporate clients on best practices for incorporating music into their daily routines and work environments.
- Monitor program engagement and gather feedback to continuously improve and evolve offerings.
- Stay current with research and trends in music therapy, corporate wellness, and digital health technologies.
- Conduct virtual workshops and interactive sessions on music wellness for corporate employees.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Therapy, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate wellness program development or coordination.
- Demonstrated understanding of music's physiological and psychological effects on well-being.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management and organizational tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong technical aptitude for virtual event platforms and digital content delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or certification in Music Therapy (MT-BC).
- Experience with content creation for digital wellness platforms.
- Familiarity with corporate benefits and HR policies.
