Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Paid Media Buyer specializing in Pinterest to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our Pinterest advertising campaigns. You will work closely with creative and content teams to drive user engagement, brand awareness, and conversions, playing a crucial part in expanding our digital footprint on one of the fastest-growing visual discovery platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid Pinterest advertising campaigns from conception to execution.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy tailored for the Pinterest audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pinterest advertising features, trends, and best practices.
  • A/B test various ad elements, including ad formats, targeting parameters, and landing pages.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all Pinterest ads.
  • Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid Pinterest advertising campaigns.
  • Proven track record of successfully optimizing campaigns to achieve KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA, Clicks, Impressions).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with Pinterest Ads Manager and other relevant analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with other paid social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Certification in Pinterest advertising or related digital marketing fields.
