Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Client Relations Associate to join our dynamic team in Honolulu. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued financial clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance their financial journey with First Hawaiian Bank. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of client needs and financial goals.
  • Proactively engage with clients to build rapport and trust, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., lending, wealth management) to offer tailored financial solutions.
  • Monitor client accounts and activities to identify potential risks or opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular client reports and updates.
  • Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and internal policies.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in banking or financial services.
  • Knowledge of local Hawaiian market and client base.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 licensing (or willingness to obtain).
