Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to their destinations in a timely and professional manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and immaculate presentation of assigned luxury vehicles.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide courteous, personalized service.
- Plan efficient routes using navigation systems to avoid delays.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding schedules and potential changes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and readiness.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and discretion with all client interactions.
- Represent EmpireCLS with the highest level of professionalism and decorum.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of Chicago metropolitan area roads and traffic patterns.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and time management.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required).
