Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting and varied summer job in a dynamic environment? Haven Holidays is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Holiday Park All-Rounders to join our team at our Peterborough caravan park. This temporary role is perfect for individuals who enjoy a diverse set of tasks, interacting with guests, and contributing to a fun and welcoming holiday atmosphere. As an All-Rounder, you’ll be a vital part of ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience, assisting across various departments as needed, from guest services to accommodation preparation and activity support. This is an on-site position, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the vibrant hospitality and leisure industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting guests with inquiries, check-ins, and general support with a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Supporting the cleaning and preparation of caravans and holiday homes to high standards for guest arrivals.
  • Assisting with groundskeeping, including light outdoor maintenance and tidying communal areas.
  • Helping with the setup and supervision of park activities and events.
  • Working collaboratively with different departments to ensure smooth park operations.
  • Ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests on the park.
  • Handling cash and card payments for various services and amenities.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized work environment.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-facing role.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.
  • First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Full UK driving license.
