Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pinterest Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of tech startup clients, guiding them to maximize their success on the Pinterest platform. You will build strong relationships, understand client objectives, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure optimal utilization of Pinterest’s advertising and organic features. This position requires a blend of technical aptitude, strategic thinking, and exceptional client management skills, all within the fast-paced environment of supporting cutting-edge tech startups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of tech startup clients using Pinterest for marketing and growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals, target audience, and marketing strategy.
  • Provide expert guidance and strategic recommendations on Pinterest best practices for content creation, ad campaigns, analytics, and platform updates.
  • Monitor client campaign performance, analyze data, and present insights and actionable recommendations to optimize results.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for client growth and expansion within Pinterest's offerings.
  • Onboard new clients, educate them on Pinterest's features, and assist with initial setup and strategy development.
  • Collaborate internally with sales, analytics, and creative teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with Pinterest platform changes, industry trends, and competitive landscape, especially within the tech startup ecosystem.
  • Resolve client issues and inquiries efficiently and effectively, acting as a liaison with Pinterest support when necessary.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services, preferably within a tech, digital marketing, or social media agency environment.
  • Proven expertise and a strong understanding of the Pinterest platform, including both organic and paid advertising features.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with tech startups or in the startup ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with other social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Certification in Pinterest advertising or analytics.
  • Project management experience.
