Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AI Feedback Collector to join our remote Customer Experience team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, structured feedback on AI model outputs, ensuring that our machine learning systems accurately understand and respond to user queries and interactions. Your insights will directly contribute to improving the performance, fairness, and overall user experience of Google’s AI-powered products. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate AI model responses for accuracy, relevance, and quality against specific guidelines.

  • Participate in calibration sessions and training to maintain high consistency in feedback quality.
