- Complete assigned testing tasks within specified deadlines.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely through written reports or recorded sessions.
- Follow test plans and instructions accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all testing materials and product features.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to articulate thoughts and feedback clearly and constructively.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with navigating websites and digital applications.
- Reliable internet access and a personal computer/laptop.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Enrolled in a college or university program (any discipline).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles or interest in user experience design.
- Prior experience with web browsing and various digital platforms.

- Experience using screen recording software (e.g., Loom, OBS) is a plus but not required.
