You will work alongside experienced technicians, assisting with the modernization, repair, and maintenance of elevator and escalator systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled technicians in the modernization, repair, and maintenance of elevator and escalator systems.
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving tools and equipment.
  • Learn and apply basic electrical and mechanical principles under supervision.
  • Help ensure a clean and safe work environment at all job sites.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies diligently.
  • Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
  • Support the installation of new components and removal of old equipment during modernization projects.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Required Skills

  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn a skilled trade.
  • Reliable transportation to various job sites.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a construction, manufacturing, or mechanical helper role.
