Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Pro Audio Transcribers to join our elite network. Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio and video content with superior accuracy, identifying speakers and distinguishing between various audio cues.
- Ensure grammar, punctuation, and spelling are flawless in all transcribed documents.
- Adhere strictly to Rev.com's style guidelines and client-specific instructions.
- Manage project queues and meet established deadlines consistently.
- Utilize transcription software and tools effectively to optimize workflow and output quality.
- Proofread and review own work thoroughly before submission to maintain high quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with quality assurance teams to continuously improve transcription processes.
Required Skills
- Native-level English proficiency (grammar, spelling, punctuation)
- Proven experience in professional audio transcription
- Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to accurately transcribe challenging audio, including accented speech, technical jargon, and poor audio quality
- Proficiency with transcription software and digital audio players
- Strong time management and organizational skills
