Job Description
Join the United Parcel Service team as a Pedicab Driver with a special focus on tourism and events in Downtown Pueblo, Colorado. Key Responsibilities
- Operate a pedicab safely and efficiently along designated routes within Downtown Pueblo, focusing on tourist attractions and event venues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging passengers with local knowledge, historical facts, and recommendations.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the ride.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic operational checks of the pedicab.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and professionally.
- Represent the UPS brand with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and passenger needs.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to pedal a pedicab for extended periods.
- Proficiency in navigating Downtown Pueblo and surrounding areas.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license (or state-issued ID) and clean driving record (for background check purposes).
- Age 18 or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a pedicab driver, tour guide, or in a customer-facing role.

- Ability to speak multiple languages.
