Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Quality Control Tech to join our team in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, safety, and compliance of our pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough quality checks on dispensed medications, including dosage, labeling, and packaging accuracy.
  • Verify prescription information against patient records and physician orders for completeness and correctness.
  • Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring proper storage conditions and expiration date compliance.
  • Perform routine audits of pharmacy processes and documentation to identify and address potential quality issues.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and other pharmacy staff to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in training new staff members on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
