Job Description
Are you ready to bring the flavor and fun to our Charlotte team? We’re looking for enthusiastic and high-energy individuals to join our Taco Bell crew! As a Crew Member, you’ll be the heart of our restaurant, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing delicious food, and maintaining a clean and vibrant atmosphere. If you love working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making people smile, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent service
- Accurately take customer orders and process payments using a POS system
- Prepare food and beverages according to Taco Bell's quality standards and recipes
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Assist with stocking inventory and keeping workstations tidy
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
Required Skills
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
