Job Description
Are you a motivated 15-year-old looking to gain valuable work experience, develop new skills, and earn money in a flexible, supportive environment? Target in Wesley Chapel is looking for enthusiastic Teen Team Members to join our energetic team! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals ready to learn the ropes of retail, contribute to a positive shopping experience for our guests, and work flexible weekend hours that fit around your school schedule. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our store organized, assisting guests, and ensuring our shelves are stocked with products they love. No prior experience is required – we’re looking for individuals with a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with finding products and providing friendly service.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and correctly.
- Support fitting room operations and maintain cleanliness.
- Assist with basic operational tasks as directed by team leaders.
- Learn and adhere to all safety and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve daily goals.
- Provide support during busy periods to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Handle merchandise with care and attention to detail.
Required Skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn new tasks.
- Reliability and punctuality, especially for scheduled weekend shifts.
