Job Description

We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and reliable 16-year-old to join our Sunnymead Ranch office as a Part-Time Receptionist. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a high school student looking to gain valuable office experience in a supportive and professional environment. You will be the friendly first point of contact for clients and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office. This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, ideal for balancing with school commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and politely.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and common spaces.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings as needed.
  • Provide general support to office staff and agents.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and alert management when reordering is necessary.
