Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, observant, and have a passion for excellent customer service? Greystar is seeking an Apartment Mystery Leaser to join our team in Columbia, Missouri. In this vital role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of service and property presentation by discreetly evaluating the performance of our leasing teams and the overall quality of our apartment communities. No prior real estate license is required – we provide all necessary training for you to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced, covert visits to various Greystar apartment communities, posing as a prospective renter.
- Objectively evaluate the leasing staff's professionalism, sales techniques, product knowledge, and adherence to company standards.
- Assess the overall cleanliness, curb appeal, common areas, and model units of each property.
- Engage with leasing consultants, asking relevant questions about pricing, amenities, and lease terms.
- Provide detailed, unbiased, and constructive written reports on your observations and experiences within a specified timeframe.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding your assignments and findings.
- Identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement in customer service and property presentation.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to act discreetly and professionally under varied circumstances.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Columbia, MO area.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing for report submission).
