Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Google Business Profile Support Specialist. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for businesses and individuals seeking assistance with their Google Business Profile listings. Your primary goal will be to provide outstanding customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience for all users. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a passion for helping others navigate the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to Google Business Profile users via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to profile creation, verification, content updates, and policy compliance.
  • Guide users through various features of Google Business Profile to optimize their online presence.
  • Educate users on best practices for managing their business information on Google.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google Business Profile policies, features, and updates.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in navigating various software applications and web-based tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Google products and services, especially Google Business Profile.
  • Previous experience in a remote work setting.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
