Job Description
Are you passionate about photography and videography, with a knack for inspiring others to unlock their creative potential? As an Apple Creative with a Photography & Video Teaching focus, you’ll be at the heart of our retail experience, guiding customers through personalized and group learning sessions. You’ll demonstrate the power of Apple products in capturing, editing, and sharing stunning visual content, helping individuals of all skill levels discover new ways to express themselves. This role is about fostering a vibrant learning community and ensuring every customer leaves feeling more confident and creatively empowered.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging one-on-one and group teaching sessions on photography and video techniques using Apple products and software.
- Demonstrate features and capabilities of iPhone, iPad, Mac, and related accessories for creative content creation.
- Inspire customers to explore their creativity through hands-on workshops and personalized coaching.
- Provide expert advice and troubleshooting support for photography and video workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, software updates, and photography/videography trends.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic store environment, fostering a community of learners.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional customer service.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in photography and videography principles and techniques.
- Expert-level knowledge of Apple products and software (e.g., iPhone camera, Photos app, iMovie, Final Cut Pro).
- Proven ability to teach and explain complex technical concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for creativity and technology.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Digital Media, Education, or a related field.
- Professional portfolio demonstrating photography and videography skills.
- Experience working in an educational or training capacity.
- Familiarity with third-party creative applications available on Apple platforms.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
