Job Description

Associated Bank is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Bank Teller in Green Bay, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are eager to start a career in banking, even without prior experience. As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of Associated Bank, providing outstanding service to our valued customers, processing transactions accurately, and helping them with their financial needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance it at the end of each shift.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate bank products and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch.
  • Safeguard customer information and maintain confidentiality.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (retail, hospitality, etc.).
  • Familiarity with banking products and services.
  • Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus.
