Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally detail-oriented and discreet individual to join our team as a Bridal Shop Secret Shopper. This crucial part-time role will involve visiting our luxury bridal boutique on weekends to evaluate the overall customer experience from a client’s perspective. Your mission will be to discreetly assess sales associate performance, store presentation, product knowledge, and the adherence to our premium service standards. The insights you provide will directly contribute to refining our customer journey and ensuring every bride receives the world-class service synonymous with The White Magnolia brand. This role requires keen observational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide objective, constructive feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet, unannounced visits to our bridal boutique during weekend operating hours.
- Engage with sales associates as a prospective bride, following a pre-defined scenario.
- Evaluate the sales team's product knowledge, professionalism, enthusiasm, and adherence to sales protocols.
- Assess the boutique's cleanliness, organization, ambiance, and merchandise presentation.
- Observe and record interactions between staff and other customers.
- Provide detailed, objective, and timely written feedback on your experience, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding your role and findings.
