Job Description

Chatters Hair Salon in Moncton is seeking a Salon Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our establishment. No prior experience is needed – we’re looking for someone with a great attitude and a willingness to learn! You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients, from their initial greeting to scheduling their next visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients, check them in for appointments, and manage walk-ins.
- Efficiently answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments using our salon software.
- Process client payments, manage the cash register, and handle daily reconciliation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting lounge.
- Assist with retail product sales, providing basic product information and recommendations.
- Support stylists and salon management with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction by addressing any needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
