Job Description
Are you looking for a fun and rewarding summer job with a great atmosphere? Parkdean Resorts is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Camping Park Assistants to join our team in Wolverhampton. This temporary role is perfect for individuals who love the outdoors, enjoy helping people, and want to be part of creating memorable holiday experiences for our guests. You’ll be the friendly face of our park, ensuring our campers have everything they need for a fantastic stay. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Provide information about park facilities, local attractions, and activities.
- Assist guests with setting up pitches, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of communal areas, including washrooms, shower blocks, and reception.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently and courteously.
- Monitor and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns around the park.
- Support the events team with setting up and supervising park activities.
- Operate small park vehicles (e.g., golf carts) for duties, if appropriately licensed.
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times.

- Knowledge of the local Wolverhampton area attractions.
- Valid UK driving license (desirable for operating small park vehicles).
