Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our team in West Valley City, UT. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and enhance their quality of life. This is an immediate hire opportunity for individuals who successfully complete our background check process. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and transfers.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties and laundry.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for clients.

Required Skills

  • Compassionate and caring demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Physical ability to assist clients with transfers and mobility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
  • Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
