Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join Concentrix as a Junior Account Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting senior account managers, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will learn the ropes of account management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, focusing on operational excellence and relationship growth. This position is ideal for someone passionate about building careers in client services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). You will gain valuable experience in client communication, project coordination, and strategic support, all while contributing to the overall success of our client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Account Managers in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Support the execution of client strategies and operational plans, helping to achieve defined business objectives.
  • Monitor client performance metrics and prepare regular reports, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Act as a point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, HR, delivery) to ensure client needs are met and service level agreements (SLAs) are upheld.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, process improvement, and service enhancements.
  • Participate actively in client meetings and presentations, representing Concentrix professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with client contracts, company policies, and industry regulations.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Solid problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience (including internships) in customer service, sales support, or a client-facing role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Understanding of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry principles and practices.
