Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and dedicated Concierge Transport Officer to join our high-level hospitality team. This pivotal role involves providing seamless, safe, and luxurious transportation services for our distinguished guests, ensuring their travel experience to and from our resort is impeccable. The ideal candidate will possess an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction, exceptional driving skills, and a profound understanding of luxury service standards. You will be the first and last impression for many of our guests, embodying the elegance and professionalism of The Anclote Grand Resort & Spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport guests to and from designated locations, including airports, local attractions, and other requested destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness of all assigned luxury vehicles, conducting pre-trip inspections and reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide personalized concierge services during transport, including offering local insights, assisting with luggage, and ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey.
- Manage and coordinate transportation schedules, anticipating guest needs and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, attire, and communication style at all times, upholding the high standards of The Anclote Grand Resort & Spa.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with discretion and efficiency, escalating complex issues to appropriate management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to guest privacy and confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in luxury transportation or hospitality.
- Exceptional knowledge of local geography, traffic patterns, and popular destinations in the New Port Richey and greater Tampa Bay area.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse clientele.
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic vehicle maintenance checks and troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of luxury vehicle features and technology.
