Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently
- Prepare food items according to McDonald's standards and recipes
- Assemble food orders quickly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Replenish supplies as needed and assist with inventory tasks
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a friendly demeanor
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or working towards one)
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is an asset
